Web Access to Health Benefits Information

AWB HealthChoice members now have access to secure, personalized health information including Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and claims information 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Current AWB HealthChoice members may self-register immediately for instant access*.

Registering to use this service is easy! Click here to register. You’ll need your Member ID number, found on your Premera ID card, and other basic, personal identification information.

Each member enrolled in AWB HealthChoice must log-in to the Premera web site to set up their account. If you have children under the age of 18, their data will be available to you. If your children are 18-25 years old, their data is protected by federal privacy regulations and not available via the online system. If you already have an account and Premera-assigned Personal Identification Number (PIN), that number is still valid and there’s no need to re-register.

*New groups will have access after the 20th of the month in which enrollment became effective.
